Welcome to the Executives Association of Long Beach Member Directory

The long standing slogan of the association has been "Business is our Business". The Executives Association of Long Beach (EALB) was founded in 1922. It is an association of Long Beach business executives, each of whom represents his or her respective firm at the management level.

The Long Beach Executives Association is a member of the International Executives Association, a worldwide group of similar associations. It is not a service club, a social group or fraternal order. The EALB is a networking group for business owners and high level executives. It has but one unique objective: to capture the natural bond of common interest which exists between business executives and by regular weekly meetings, develop and enjoy a brand of fellowship conducive to the creation of additional and profitable business for all its members.

It does not require its members to patronize each other, but it does provide opportunities for each member to promote their products or services and it can open doors that otherwise are closed to desired business. Members of the EALB often consider the association as an extension of their own business or profession.

On Monday, March 9th the Executives Association of Long Beach met for their weekly meeting to hear from Jack Skovgard of Long Beach Home Loan Corp.

For 5 years Long Beach Home Loan Corp has been serving the area of Long Beach with fast and friendly service and 24/7 customer service. As one of the few independently own mortgage companies in Long Beach, they don’t have any investors or banks to answer to. LBHLC is the middle man between the customer and the wholesaler.

Jack Skovgard was born and raised in Long Beach. After high school went on to graduate from the University of San Francisco and worked in the entertainment industry for a while before deciding that he wanted to be closer to home and engage in an occupation more meaningful. Jack has been a mortgage loan officer for Long Beach Home Loan Corp for 3 years and is a sponsor for multiple groups.

Jack talks about the interest rates and many options you have when selecting one. When looking for a loan, most look at large banks and retail lenders like rocket mortgage who upcharge to make a profit for their shareholders. LBHLC is independently owned and works with 15 wholesale lenders to get the best loan for their clients. Jack also explains that a 30 year fixed loan isn’t for everyone if you aren’t planning on staying in your home for that long. LBHLC can find your lower year fixed loans as well.

If you are looking for a loan company that is personable and can find a product to suit your needs look no further then to Jack Skovagard at Long Beach Home Loan Corp. The process is fast and simple along with great customer service, they are ready to answer your questions and provide a loan that will suit your needs.
