Welcome to the Executives Association of Long Beach Member Directory

The long standing slogan of the association has been "Business is our Business". The Executives Association of Long Beach (EALB) was founded in 1922. It is an association of Long Beach business executives, each of whom represents his or her respective firm at the management level.

The Long Beach Executives Association is a member of the International Executives Association, a worldwide group of similar associations. It is not a service club, a social group or fraternal order. The EALB is a networking group for business owners and high level executives. It has but one unique objective: to capture the natural bond of common interest which exists between business executives and by regular weekly meetings, develop and enjoy a brand of fellowship conducive to the creation of additional and profitable business for all its members.

It does not require its members to patronize each other, but it does provide opportunities for each member to promote their products or services and it can open doors that otherwise are closed to desired business. Members of the EALB often consider the association as an extension of their own business or profession.

On Monday, April 20th the Executives Association of Long Beach met for their weekly meeting to hear from Eric Speier of 5 Elements Entertainment.

Eric Speier is the owner of 5 Elements Entertainment (“5E”) which specializes in Web and app development. Headquartered in Santa Monica, California, 5 Elements Entertainment exists to help fuel the ever-changing convergence of technology and media. With experience in video games, music, TV, and consumer products, 5E excels at creating new cross-functional dynamics for brands and intellectual property owners. Eric is also on the board of the IEA and has been a Long Beach member for 5 years.

Eric’s has an update to how he has a adapted to this pandemic.  Eric is still updating websites as usual. If your website is five years or older then potential customers probably will think you might be out of business. If there is too much text on the front page it will probably deter potential customers as customers prefer less text on the front page and want visual aids to show that the website they are looking at are experts. Lastly if your site isn't mobile friendly, then your SEO (search engine optimization) is being effected and search engines like Google will de-emphasize your site. Eric can also redesign your website so customers can directly order and purchase items. Since the world has changed its focus to buy online, updating your site will make it easier for customers and clients to make purchases.

Eric and 5 Elements also works with the entertainment industry and can produce live events online. Eric is currently working on a live event called Quarantia. He has partnered with District Wine and guest artists, to create a fun event with interactive games, contest, and prizes. You also can purchase wine packages from District Wine. If you have an idea to do a live event for your business, please contact Eric.

Eric and 5 Elements Entertainment will be able to set up multiple platforms through website updates and live events online. Please talk to Eric today!
